Q ) I dont use paypal , can I pay another way?
A) Yes. To purchase via the site you must use paypal, but if you use the contact us form, you can order that way and we will provide you will the address details to send either a cheque or postal order payment
Q ) How long will it take for delivery?
A ) We advise all customers that delivery can take up to 28 days, regardless of payment method. If your order is in stock it will be dispatched immediatly. However due to high volumes of sales, more often than not we have to order your item in and so delivery is slightly delayed. We will always email you to let you know when your item has been dispatched.
Q ) I would like to order a pair of shoes in another colour stated but not shown, is it possible to see a picture first?
A ) Yes. Use the contact form to send us the details and an email address that we can forward you a picture to.
Q ) I have received my order and I just dont like them- what can I do?
A ) Returns are accepted as long as items are returned in unworn condition with all original packaging / boxes. Once returned we will refund the cost minus the carriage. We must receive them back within 7 days to qualify for refund, and please use the contact form to tell us you are doing so
Q ) I have received my order and they do not fit. I would like to re-order them in a different size, how should I do this?
A ) Please use the contact form to inform us and then send the item back in unworn condition with all original packaging / boxes. Once received we will re-order your new requirements and dispatch them to you when available. Please make sure to contact us within 7 days of first receipt.
Q ) I have been told your shoes are U.S sized so how do I know what size I should order?
A ) Yes the shoes are U.S sized, however they have been converted to U.K sizes and this is what is sold on the site. U.S womens sizes always convert to half sizes eg. size U.S 8 is U.k 5.5 and Size U.S 9 is U.K size 6.5. We advise that you purchase your normal size, so if you wear size 7 then purchase size 7.5- we are always happy to exchange if need be.
Q ) I live outside the U.K and want to purchase- how can I do this?
A ) We will ship worldwide. The website automatically has shipping costs to U.K only however if you use the contact form to inform us of your order and location we can let you know the postage costs and method of payment
Q ) Do you sell on sites such as EBAY?
A ) Yes we do occassionally sell sale and discontinued stock on EBAY, you may also find current stock at a bargain price ( but not very often!! ). It is always worth trying to find us and picking up a bargain!! We sell by the name of c-clothing and have 100% positive feedback!!
